Added:
+ AFKManager Plugin

Changes:
* mcMMO stats are now stored on a MySQL database
* You now get kicked for being AFK for 3 minutes
* Tried to restore most of everyone's money after the severe crash
* Restored all config files to their previous state prior to the massive crash

Removed:
- mcMMO flatfile stats, moved to MySQL
