Step 2: Make sure you meet the required playtime for your next rank-up.
Step 3: Create a new topic with the following template.

Title of the topic: USERNAME Promotions

Full Username:
Playtime:
Rank Required:
Additional Noted (Optional):

Step 4: Post the topic
Step 5: Wait for a reply from cublikefoot, I check a couple of times a day.
Step 6: Whenever you need a rank-up, return to the thread you created and post a reply there with the same template.
