Plugin Called Minecars! Empty Plugin Called Minecars!

I reckon this server needs a little bit more fun. The server needs.... Minecars. Its a simple plugin that can EASILY be setup to make a more and happy community on the server. You can change the roads to what ever you want and have what ever block as the road.
